Berlicum, March 14 2010 - Frank Schotman proved to be the strongest today as he jumped the pack and rode to victory. Second position was for Rudi van Houts. The Trek-Brentjens riders struggled to make their way up to the front and missed the escape. Lukas Kaufmann finished in 5th, before Luttenberg (7), Brentjens (8), Wynants (10) and Beemer (15).

Om geld in zamelen voor de Stichting Roparun organiseert het ThiemeKobalt Roparun-team een veiling. Deze zal deels online plaatsvinden en deels live onder de hamer gaan.

Online veiling
De online veiling zal starten op vrijdag 19 maart om 15:00 uur en sluiten op zaterdag 27 maart om 16:00 uur. Voor de online veiling kun je je aanmelden via de veiling site.

Aanstaande zondag (14 maart) gaat in Berlicum het mountainbike wedstrijdseizoen van start, de GP Kivada Wielersport Focus Bikes.

Voor de 14de keer is de wedstrijd in Berlicum met voor de winnaar in de hoofdklasse een gouden valhelm. Afgelopen jaar stonden 700 rijders aan de start over verschillende categorieën.

Porto San Stefano (IT), 2nd of March 2010 - Today another shortrace in the Maremma Cup, in the pittoresque town of Porto San Stefano. All team members competed today, ultimately Tim Wynants and Bart Brentjens progressed furthest in the heats - finishing 7th and 8th. Jelmer Pietersma and Irjan Luttenberg did not make it past the first heat, whilst Lukas Kaufmann lost the quarter final. Today's race was won by Rudi van Houts, who seemed very strong today.

28 February ; The first crosscountry race in the maremma Cup is won by Nino Schurtert. Second was Fontana and the thirth place was for Ralph Naeff. Lukas Kaufmann was the first rider from TrekBrentjens MTB Racing Team powered by Milka who passed the finishline, a good 13th place.

Tuesday and thursday there are new shorttrack races and sunday the maremma Cup will be ending with another XC race.

Maremma, 27 february ; Today was a good start for Lukas Kaufmann in the new season. In the final round of the shorttrack he became 3th and made the podium. Winner was Andreas Kugler and second place was for Morris Milatz.
Tomorrow the crosscountry race will take place.
